Begin with delicate amuse-bouche followed by beautifully composed courses such as tuna tataki, Mt. Lassen trout mosaic, or lobster dumplings. Experience Australian Wagyu strip loin finished with truffle jus and black trumpet mushrooms, or truffle-stuffed chicken roulade paired with winter vegetables and black garlic.
